New mortgage for tenants
According to The Sun: Tenants can now purchase their own home without the need to save a fortune thanks to a new mortgage product introduced by Hanley Economic Building Society. This option allows tenants to become homeowners without large initial expenses.
To qualify for this mortgage, tenants must have a minimum annual income of at least £25,000.
“This new product could be a real lifesaver for many who want to become property owners but cannot gather the required sum,” company representatives noted.
The introduction of such a product could significantly expand opportunities for many Ukrainians dreaming of their own home and help improve the situation in the real estate market. This mortgage will be an important tool for those who previously could not afford to own their own apartment or house.
