At 03:20, planes from the Russian airfield took off with the possibility of launching cruise missiles at Ukraine. This was reported by the Air Forces.
It is noted that several Tu-95MS aircraft left the Russian airfield Olenya in the Murmansk region of the Russian Federation.

The Russian troops attacked the Ukrainian energy system, which caused emergency power outages. More than 500 thousand people in Lviv region remain without electricity.
During the massive strike on November 28, Volyn was affected. The Russian Federation also attacked the Vinnytsia region, resulting in injuries, damaged residential buildings, destroyed outbuildings, and a private car fire.
The Russian army launched a missile strike on November 28 in the Sumy region. The infrastructure of the Shostka community was affected. All necessary services are currently working to establish the consequences of the attack.
