'Lost Their Minds': Budanov Commented on the Strike with the 'Kedr' Ballistic Missile on Dnipro.
Russia May Have Two Experimental Samples of the 'Kedr' Ballistic Missile
The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov reported that Russia may have two experimental samples of a ballistic missile called 'Kedr'. However, it is likely that more have been produced, although there is currently no talk of serial production.
The Head of the GUR explained that the official name of this missile is 'Oreshnik', but in reality, it is called 'Kedr' and is a carrier of nuclear weapons. The use of this missile by Russia in a non-nuclear version, according to Budanov, serves as a warning: 'This is, as they say, their signal that they have completely lost their minds.'
Budanov also emphasized the need to punish military criminals from Russia: 'Those who committed terrible crimes against humanity and mankind must be held accountable.' He expressed confidence in achieving justice, although it may take some Time.
