Frosts and rain: meteorologists warned about worsening weather.
Meteorologists reported the weather forecast for the coming days for Ukrainians. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, dry but cool weather with night frosts is expected in some regions of the country. Most territories will not have precipitation, except for certain regions where light rain is possible. Fog is expected in the western regions, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions at night and early in the morning. The wind will be northeasterly, in the western regions - southeasterly.
Night temperatures will range from 0 to -5 degrees in most regions, leading to heavy frosts. In the southern and eastern parts of the country, it will be slightly warmer, at night from +1 to +6 degrees. During the day, the air will warm up to +8-13 degrees, and in Transcarpathia and Precarpathia it may reach +15 degrees.
The capital Kyiv is also expected to be without precipitation. Frosts down to -2 degrees are possible at night, and during the day the temperature will be about +10 degrees. The highest temperature recorded in Kyiv on this date was +20.9 degrees, and the lowest night temperature was -5.6 degrees.
On October 21, weather conditions will remain practically unchanged. Dry weather will persist throughout Ukraine, and fog is expected in some regions. Night temperatures will vary from -3 to +2 degrees, with it being slightly warmer in the south and east of the country. Daytime temperatures will rise to +11-16 degrees.
Kyiv will also be without precipitation, with nighttime temperatures from +1 to +3 degrees and daytime temperatures from +13 to +15 degrees.
