According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, on October 13 the country is expected to have cloudy weather with clearings and light rains. At night, no precipitation is expected in the southern and eastern parts of Ukraine. The wind will be mainly northwestern at a speed of 7-12 m/s, and in the northeast, gusts may intensify overnight to 15-20 m/s.

In the southern regions, it will be slightly warmer: at night 6-11°C, during the day 10-15°C. In the Carpathians, small precipitation is possible, which at night may turn into wet snow. In the mountainous areas, the temperature at night will vary from 2°C above zero to 3°C below zero, and during the day it will rise to 3-8°C above zero.
