Threat of nuclear catastrophe at ZNPP due to fuel crisis
According to inkorr.com: The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) in the Zaporizhzhia region is operating cooling systems on diesel generators due to a fuel crisis. However, the occupiers are unable to ensure their stable operation due to logistics problems.
The Center for National Resistance noted that the depletion of diesel fuel reserves could lead to the cessation of cooling, overheating of reactors, and meltdown of nuclear fuel.
'The responsibility for the risk of a nuclear catastrophe lies with the Russian Federation, which has violated all international norms,' emphasized the Center.
'The Kremlin, instead of providing security guarantees, is blackmailing the world with a nuclear catastrophe, using the plant as a military base and a tool of pressure,' added representatives of the Center.The fuel crisis at ZNPP raises serious concerns, as the depletion of fuel reserves could threaten catastrophic consequences. In this context, the responsibility of the Russian Federation for the situation at the power plant is emphasized, and the urgent need for immediate measures to avoid negative consequences is highlighted. The situation requires close attention from the international community, as any developments at ZNPP could have global repercussions.
