The deputy director of 'Karpaty' did not return to Ukraine after the training camp in Turkey.


The deputy general director of the football club 'Karpaty', Oleg Avdysh, did not return to Ukraine after the team's training camp abroad. His cooperation was terminated. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the publication Tribuna and sports journalist Igor Burbas.
From January 18 to February 14, the football team was in training camps in Turkey.
'Karpaty' confirmed that all club employees, including coaches, players and staff, returned to Ukraine, except for the deputy general director of external communications Avdysh.
According to Burbas, the club has already terminated the employment agreement with Avdysh. The 25-year-old Oleg Avdysh started working at 'Karpaty' in October 2024.
In 2020, 'Ukrinform' introduced him as 'the youngest football agent in Europe'. In an interview with the news agency, Avdysh mentioned that he was born in Zhytomyr and later studied journalism at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His father, Zaya Avdysh, was a deserving coach of Ukraine and a long-Time president of FC 'Polissya'.
New case against Oleksandr Zinchenko
It should be noted that Arsenal defender and Ukrainian national team player Oleksandr Zinchenko lost a court hearing with Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) regarding tax evasion. This was reported by Goal.
The footballer lost the case in court in a lawsuit filed by HMRC (the UK's tax and customs authority), which was opened against his company Alex Zinchenko Image Rights for tax evasion totaling around two million pounds sterling.
The controversy before the match with Romania
By the way, before the first match of the European Championship 2024 against the Romanian national team (0:3), one of the players of the Ukrainian team left the team's camp, spent the night in a hotel with his wife, after which the coaching staff included him in the starting lineup for the match.
