Diia Not Working on Payment Day: Thousands of Ukrainians Unable to Receive 1000 Hryvnias.
According to inkorr.com: At the start of the new state financial support program, the 'Diia' app faced significant technical difficulties. Many users began to complain that they could not log into the system due to authorization errors.
According to the press service of 'Diia', the problems were caused by the large number of citizens trying to apply for financial assistance at the same time. This led to instability in the operation of state registers and, consequently, difficulties with authorization.
Payment of Assistance
From November 15, the payment of a one-time assistance of 1000 hryvnias for all Ukrainians staying in the country at the time of applying began. This assistance is provided without additional conditions, but it will not be received by displaced persons who are abroad, nor by individuals without Ukrainian citizenship.
For those who have difficulties using the app, there is the possibility to apply through the Ukrposhta branch. The program will operate until December 24 of this year, and the funds received can be spent until June 30, 2026. Citizens are given enough time to participate in the program and utilize the assistance.
Thus, the new state financial assistance program 'Diia' started with difficulties due to heavy load and technical problems, but the government is working to resolve these issues to improve user experience.
This financial support program is designed to help Ukrainians in difficult times. It is part of the state strategy to support the population, and it is important that all citizens have the opportunity to access these payments without unnecessary obstacles. We hope that the technical issues will be resolved quickly, and the program will be able to successfully fulfill its mission.
