The Higher Anti-Corruption Court refused to arrest the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko, on suspicion of illegal enrichment and providing unreliable information in the declaration. Earlier, the court ordered Kyrylenko to post bail of 30 million hryvnias and wear an electronic bracelet as a preventive measure.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree increasing the size of the army to 2,389,000 personnel. The army currently has 1.5 million servicemen. It is worth noting that the last time the army size was increased was in December 2023.
The Intelligence of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine attacked a Russian military base in Syria. The base was used for the production of drones and 'camouflaged homemade explosive devices.' The attack took place on the southeast outskirts of Aleppo.
The State Bureau of Investigations has completed the investigation into the case of Member of Parliament Oleksandr Dubinsky and his accomplices, who committed state treason as part of a criminal organization. According to the circumstances of the case, Oleksandr Dubinsky, Andriy Derkach, Ihor Kolesnykov, and Konstantin Kulik belonged to the criminal organization.
