The Ukrainian national team lost for the fourth consecutive time in the EuroBasket-2025 qualifiers.
The Ukrainian national team suffered another defeat in the EuroBasket-2025 qualifiers, losing to Israel with a score of 75:88. This is already the fourth consecutive loss for Ukraine, with previous opponents being Slovenia, Portugal, and Israel itself.
On the missed three-pointers in the first quarter:
Despite five consecutive missed three-pointers at the start of the first quarter, the 'blue and yellows' took the lead and won the 10-minute stretch with a five-point advantage – 16:11.
In the second quarter, the Ukrainians managed to reduce the deficit to three points, but the Ukrainian national team again increased its lead to +11 by the end of the 10-minute stretch – 40:29.
In the third quarter, the Ukrainians maintained the lead until the middle of the quarter, but the Israelis closed the gap and tied the score. At the start of the final quarter, the Ukrainian national team began to fall behind and finished the game with a difference of 13 points – 75:88.

It should be noted that the Ukrainian basketball team has already lost its second match in the qualification for the EuroBasket-2025 Championship. In the previous match, the Ukrainians lost to Slovenia.
Moreover, Ukrainian basketball players could face a two-year suspension for refusing to play for the national team without a valid reason.
