Remarkable achievements of the Ukrainian team at the youth European Championship in boxing
According to inkorr.com: The Ukrainian team achieved success at the youth European Championship in boxing held in the Czech city of Ostrava. Our athletes made history by winning one gold, three silver, and eight bronze medals. The team of 20 boxers represented Ukraine at a high level.
A particular pride was the gold in the weight category of 90+ kg won by Oleksandr Slysyarev. It is also worth noting the silver medals of Vladyslav Chinyuk, Taisiya Pokusay, and Olena Chernokolenko. Our boxers impressed in competitive battles, winning bronze medals. The Boxing Federation of Ukraine expressed support for the athletes and wished them an easy path to new victories.

Impressive results at the European Youth Olympic Festival
No less impressive results were demonstrated by Ukraine at the European Youth Olympic Festival, taking 10th place in the overall medal standings. Our athletes won 5 gold, 8 silver, and 10 bronze medals — one of the most successful performances for Ukraine in the history of participation in this event.
