Zelensky announced the presentation of the 10-point Plan for Ukraine's resilience.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, in his address on the 995th day of the war, talked about the main elements of the internal Plan for the resilience of the state and shared the latest military achievements.
Particular attention in his speech was paid to the cultural sovereignty of Ukraine. The President emphasized that culture is an important tool that contributes to humanitarian development in various countries around the world. He also stressed the significance of both cultural heritage and contemporary content.
The resilience plan includes ten key areas, among which are: cultural sovereignty, security in all regions and communities, energy security, weapons manufacturing, and cooperation with partners.
The President stated that the document will be presented next week with the participation of civil society and business.
Regarding the military situation, Commander-in-Chief Syrski reported on the successful actions of Ukrainian troops in the Kupiansk direction, maintaining positions in Donetsk and southern directions, as well as conducting the Kursk operation.
