Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and French President Emmanuel Macron have agreed to meet after the Russia-US summit in Alaska on August 15.
According to BMFTV, citing sources in the Élysée Palace, Macron and Zelensky had another conversation before the summit involving Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelensky. It is described as 'close and ongoing.'

sources in the Élysée Palace stated, without specifying a specific date and place for the meeting.
It is worth noting that prior to the negotiations in Alaska, Zelensky visited Germany on August 13 and went to the United Kingdom on August 17, but did not stop in France.
Let us recall that on August 13, Macron voiced the position of the US and the EU in negotiations with Russia, emphasizing the need for a ceasefire in Ukraine.
Additionally, on August 14, Macron, Starmer, and Merz agreed on four principles of peace in Ukraine, emphasizing that a peaceful resolution to the conflict is impossible without the participation of Kyiv.
