Zelensky: Only force can make Russia respect the rules.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky concluded his visit to the United States of America and summarized the results in an evening address on September 28, 2024. This occurred on the 948th day of Russia's war against Ukraine.

Zelensky announced the receipt of the largest support package from the USA in history, worth nearly 8 billion dollars. This package includes the supply of weapons for the front, air defense systems for Ukrainian cities, and the expansion of the training mission for F-16 pilots.

The President of Ukraine presented the Victory Plan and agreed to discuss it with allies in the near future in Germany. "October is the Time for decisions," Zelensky emphasized.

One of the important results of the visit was the continuation of the security agreements complex - the G7+ declaration on the reconstruction of Ukraine. According to the President, this is a clear signal that Ukraine, together with its allies, will restore normal life after the war. More than 30 countries have already joined this initiative.

Zelensky thanked the US Congress for its unwavering bipartisan support for Ukraine. He also noted that he held meetings with both potential US presidential candidates - Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

In conclusion, the President of Ukraine emphasized the necessity of unity among allies and the world to stop Russian aggression and ensure a just peace. "The peace that Ukraine wants more than anyone in the world will surely come," Volodymyr Zelensky summarized.
