Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that to end the war, it is necessary to first free the Ukrainian prisoners held by Russia. This is the first step towards restoring trust. Zelensky also agreed to pass an important document to the American side through General Kellogg. This document contains a list of all violations by Russia of ceasefire regimes with specific dates. The president emphasized that negotiations with Russia should be conducted with the participation of Ukraine, Europe, and America. He warned about the possibility of repeating past mistakes in dialogue with the aggressor.
