Zelensky: Russia's shadow fleet profits exceeded aid to Ukraine.
Russia earns between 10 to 12 billion dollars monthly from exporting oil through its shadow fleet, which exceeds the total amount of aid Ukraine has received from partners since the start of the full-scale war.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported this at a press conference during the summit "Ukraine – Northern Europe". According to him, sanctions against Russia are not working as the country continues to receive large profits. The President emphasized that the issue of sanctions effectiveness could become crucial for Ukraine, and some partners have already raised this issue at meetings of the European Union.
Zelensky also reported that European partners intend to stop the Russian fleet in the waters of Northern European countries, but this requires a decision from the entire EU.
Additionally, the President expressed his reaction to the leak of Ukraine's secret requests to the White House. He also addressed the USA and China regarding North Korean military forces.
