Ukrainian President Meets with NATO Secretary General
According to UATV: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held talks with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on February 21. Their meeting focused on key diplomatic efforts, the current energy situation, and the PURL program. This discussion comes as Ukraine continues to seek closer ties with Western institutions amid ongoing regional instability.
Zelenskyy expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation, noting that
"I am pleased that my views and Mark's align on many issues."The meeting followed recent negotiations between Ukrainian officials and American partners, as well as a Russian delegation, which took place in Geneva on February 17-18.
The dialogue with Rutte represents a significant step in strengthening Ukraine's cooperation with NATO and in addressing pressing matters related to energy security and diplomacy.
