Star actor of the Left Bank Theater explained how mobilized actors manage to perform on stage every night.
Ukrainian actor Volodymyr Kravchuk stated that some mobilized actors have free Time during their service, which they use to perform on stage. He believes there is nothing wrong with this. The actor stated this in an interview with "Glavkom".
"If there is such an opportunity and the service allows you to have free time that you can spend playing in a performance, – that's wonderful. Everyone finds opportunities at the expense of something. Perhaps, a person sacrifices something else, because playing in the theater is important for them. It's wonderful, I think. There is nothing wrong with that here. Some are more public, while others – the opposite. I don't see a big problem in this," – the artist noted.
The actor noted that perhaps such actions of actors concern someone: "Perhaps it even touches someone. For example, military personnel who spend most of their time on the front line".
"Now a lot of attention is focused on the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Naturally, someone from the military becomes public. Indeed, those who feel the potential to say something, to address the public, gain fame. This is a normal process. Someone, for example, runs a marathon. I can't judge them," – said Volodymyr Kravchuk.
Let's recall that earlier the honored artist of Ukraine Oleksii Trytenko was criticized by social media users. They were outraged that the actor appeared in military uniform at the cinema festival Ukrainian National Film Festival Cinema for Victory, as he had not reported serving in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Later, Oleksii Trytenko admitted that his use of military uniform while actively engaged in his theater work attracts "painful attention". The actor made a special post on this subject, in which he published an excerpt from the Ministry of Defense order stating that he has been a serving member of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale war.
