According to inkorr.com: The Command of the Land Forces of Ukraine published information about violations in the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers for August. According to the official Telegram channel, most accusations turned out to be manipulations. Only 19 out of 192 incidents (10%) were confirmed, while the rest remained unconfirmed.

As reported by the official Telegram channel of the Land Forces, out of 192 incidents in which TCCs were accused, only 19 cases (10%) were confirmed and had real grounds. The remaining 173 incidents (90%) turned out to be manipulations.

The command believes that these manipulations attempt to discredit the military institution and undermine the country's defense capability. For the confirmed cases, the military took appropriate measures: four individuals were suspended from duty, and five servicemen received disciplinary sanctions.

Transparency and Fight Against Corruption

Particular attention is paid to the need for transparency in the activities of the Land Forces. Open reporting is crucial for countering Russian propaganda. The military emphasizes the desire for the actions of subordinates to be legal, and that violators do not escape punishment.

The government has amended mobilization rules aimed at automating processes and reducing bureaucracy in Territorial Recruitment Centers. Corruption schemes linked to evasion of service have also been identified and are already under investigation by the State Bureau of Investigations.

Ukrainian military continue to work on ensuring transparency and discipline in the army, as well as improving mobilization procedures for effective and fair military operations.

This situation highlights the importance of openness in the activities of military structures, especially under continuous informational pressure. Changes in mobilization rules reflect the government's desire to reduce corruption and enhance the efficiency of the army, which is critically important for the stability and defense capability of the country.
