Specifically, a Russian command center was hit near Kamianske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. In Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian troops struck a battalion-level command observation post near Soledar. Additional strikes targeted troop concentration areas in the following locations:

The strikes also extended to infrastructure on Russian territory. On May 30, 2026, an RVS-20000 oil tank and two RVS-5000 tanks were damaged near the Feodosia maritime oil terminal in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea. The following day, May 31, 2026, two fuel reservoirs were destroyed, and two more tanks plus a pumping station were damaged at the Lazarevo linear production and dispatch station in Kirov Oblast, Russia.

On June 3, 2026, a naval base in Kronstadt, near Saint Petersburg, was struck along with the corvette 'Boykiy.' These actions highlight an intensification of combat operations and Ukraine's efforts to degrade Russian military infrastructure.

These coordinated attacks underscore Ukraine's strategic goal of destroying key enemy military assets and logistics, which could significantly hamper Russia's ability to sustain combat operations. The expanding geographic range of these strikes—reaching deep into Russian territory as well as occupied areas—signals growing confidence and capability within Ukraine's armed forces. These developments may mark a new phase in the conflict, potentially altering the military strategies of both sides.
