Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated three settlements in Donetsk region: details of the counterattack.

According to FREEДOM: Since the beginning of the day on August 24, 85 combat clashes have been registered. In particular, in the Donetsk region, Ukrainian troops regained control of several settlements that were occupied by Russian troops.

'Defense can be strong when the troops are not only defending but also conducting such operations,' commented retired Lieutenant General Ihor Romanenko on the situation at the front.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian warriors repelled the largest number of attacks from Russian occupiers. Overall, the situation remains complicated, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to operate and maintain the defense line.

'Ukraine will endure, we will endure, because the truth is on our side, and as long as we are united, we cannot be defeated,' believes the commander of the 255th battalion Oleg Shyryaev.

Over the last few days, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have destroyed 910 Russian occupiers, and overall, since the beginning of the invasion, the army has lost more than a million soldiers. Many enemy vehicles and technical assets have also been destroyed.

Ukrainian troops are actively operating on the front, liberating settlements from Russian occupiers and holding defensive positions. The defense of Ukraine remains the most important task, and the military is confident in victory, as truth and determination are on their side.
