Ukrainian Defense Forces Execute Night Operation
According to UATV: On the night of March 26, 2024, Ukraine's defense forces successfully struck a Tor-M1 surface-to-air missile system and multiple enemy storage facilities in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. The targeted air defense system, located near Aidar, could significantly degrade Russian aerial defense capabilities in the area.
During the operation, several ammunition depots were destroyed in Makedonivka and Buryakova Balka. Additionally, fuel and lubricant storage sites in Aidar and Rayhorodok were hit, further depleting Russian military resources. Reports indicate that two logistics supply warehouses and an enemy repair unit were also struck simultaneously.
Operational Outcomes
Ukrainian forces also targeted concentrations of enemy personnel near Kamenka and Luhansk. Over the past day, the following losses were inflicted:
- 1,210 Russian occupiers killed
- More than 2,000 operational-tactical unmanned aerial vehicles destroyed
- 201 units of motor vehicles eliminated
Furthermore, 49 artillery systems and one air defense unit were confirmed destroyed, underscoring the effectiveness of Ukrainian military actions.
