Attacks on Occupiers in Donetsk Region: March 21

According to Novyny.live: On the night of March 21, Ukrainian troops launched strikes against Russian military assets in the temporarily occupied areas of Donetsk Oblast. These operations targeted several key installations belonging to the Russian armed forces.

Specifically, the attacks resulted in the destruction of:

  • A unit command post in Mariupol;
  • A Russian army repair unit in Khliborobne;
  • A command observation post in Paraskoviivka.

These actions are part of an ongoing series of active combat operations in the Donetsk region, where Ukrainian forces continue to press their offensive against Russian positions.

Earlier, on March 19, Ukraine's Armed Forces also hit enemy ammunition depots and personnel. In that context, a fuel and lubricants storage site near Novotroitske in Kherson region was targeted. Additionally, the 66th Mechanized Brigade successfully repelled a large-scale assault along the Lyman axis.

Through these sustained strikes, the Ukrainian military aims to degrade the occupiers' capabilities and disrupt their operations on seized territory.

These attacks by Ukrainian forces highlight the active phase of the conflict in the region. Successful hits on strategic assets such as command centers and supply depots can significantly impair the combat effectiveness of Russian troops.

The continuation of hostilities in Donetsk underscores Ukraine's determination to retain the initiative and prevent the enemy from consolidating its foothold in the temporarily occupied areas.
