Odesa Region Under Fire

According to Novyny.live: Russia continues to target the Odesa region with attack drones, resulting in the destruction of multiple UAVs and damage to port infrastructure. Over the past day, dozens of Russian drones were downed in southern Ukraine. Border guard units in Odesa and Kherson destroyed two 'Shahed-131/136' drones, while the Ukrainian Navy eliminated five 'SHAHED-136' strike drones.

As of 8:30 a.m. on March 13, Ukraine's air defense forces had shot down or suppressed 16 Shahed and Gerbera drones, along with over 40 other types of attack drones and five reconnaissance UAVs. On the evening of March 12, Russian attack drones struck the Odesa region, damaging a food warehouse. The region experienced five air raid alerts over the past day.

Heightened Tensions Across Regions

In addition, on the night of March 13, Russian forces attacked the city of Balakliia in Kharkiv region, and the previous night, a strike on Chernihiv region resulted in the death of a child. The situation across the regions remains tense, with Ukrainian forces actively countering enemy assaults.
