The 'Diia' portal has launched a new service that allows managers and authorized persons of companies to cancel reservations for conscripted employees. This was announced by the 'Diia' press service.

With the new service, managers and authorized persons of companies can quickly and accurately cancel employee reservations online. This service can only be used by authorized users with an electronic signature of the legal entity.

Process of canceling an employee's reservation on the 'Diia' portal

The process of canceling an employee's reservation on the 'Diia' portal includes several steps:

• log in to the portal with the legal entity's electronic signature;
• submit an application for freeing the employee;
• verify and sign the application with an electronic signature;
• wait for the result, which will be sent to the email and personal account within a day.

The application developers also noted that an application for cancellation can only be submitted once every 30 days. However, if the company loses its critical status, the reservation will be canceled automatically.

It is also worth mentioning that the Cabinet of Ministers allowed the reservation of clergy according to the list of positions approved by the State Service for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience.
