Pre-trial demands are being prepared against Oleh Horokhovskyi, cofounder of Monobank, and JSC 'Universal Bank,' both parties involved in the dispute. The legal team's key demands include:
- a public apology;
- compensation for emotional distress;
- unblocking of Karina Kolb's bank account.

Nineteen-year-old Karina Kolb found herself at the center of a scandal that led to serious psychological repercussions. To receive medical care, she had to consult doctors, who diagnosed her with an acute stress reaction and insomnia caused by prolonged strain. As a result, she was prescribed supportive medication.
In response to this incident, the National Bank of Ukraine and Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets launched investigations into the legality of how Karina Kolb's personal data was disclosed. The demands to be sent to Oleh Horokhovskyi and JSC 'Universal Bank' include three main points:
