Status of critically important enterprises: who can obtain it and how to apply.
According to inkorr.com: Ukrainian companies have the opportunity to obtain the status of being critically important for the state economy. This became possible due to the resumption of the application submission process through the State Agricultural Register (DAR), which helps to identify enterprises that play a significant role in the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population.
'Enterprises that already have the status of critically important can continue to maintain it until the end of the term specified in the relevant order. Those who have not yet obtained this status or wish to renew it can contact DAR with the appropriate applications,' clarified Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
Criteria for obtaining the status
To obtain the status of being critically important, enterprises must meet not only the basic requirements, among which are timely payment of salaries and the absence of debts to budgets. They must also meet one of the additional criteria, which include:
- significant amount of taxes paid;
- strategic importance for the country;
- registration in 'Diya City';
- importance for the community and the economy as a whole.
Importance for the country's economy
The government aims to provide enterprises with the opportunity to obtain the status of critically important, emphasizing their significance for the development and livelihoods of Ukraine.
This step may serve as a significant incentive for Ukrainian companies, as the status of critically important not only provides certain advantages but also allows for better integration into the national economy. Thus, the government emphasizes the priority of supporting those enterprises that can ensure stability and development in the face of contemporary challenges.
