How to Cook

Pour water, dry yeast, half a teaspoon of sugar and salt into a bowl. Beat the dough with a mixer, gradually adding the flour.

After mixing, take the dough out onto the table and knead it by hand.

Pour flour into a bowl, add the kneaded dough and cover with a lid. Leave the dough to rise for about 40-50 minutes.
