Japan claimed the top spot in the crossover market with the Toyota C-HR, which recorded a warranty claim rate of just 4.38%. The average cost to fix issues on this model is approximately £481. The MG ZS secured second place with a claim frequency of 10.24%, while the SEAT Arona rounded out the top three at 10.71%.
The report also highlights the most common defects affecting vehicle reliability:
- Onboard battery failures – 3.34% of all complaints
