It has been reported that explosions occurred today, November 2, in the occupied city of Shakhtarsk in the Donetsk region. Local residents report an attack by strike drones on an oil infrastructure facility.
Witnesses claim that the target of the attack in Shakhtarsk was an oil depot. The region also recorded the activity of strike drones, and videos published on social media show a bright glow and explosions can be heard.
Situation in Alchevsk and Krasnodar Krai
On the night of November 2, explosions were also reported in the occupied Alchevsk and in Kursk region. In Alchevsk, local residents noticed a drone, after which a fire broke out; according to unconfirmed reports, transformer oil was burning.
In addition, drones attacked Krasnodar Krai in Russia, accompanied by explosions in Tuapse, Lazarevskoye, and near the seaport of Temryuk. Preliminary information indicates that 'Berth 1 of the Tuapse oil terminal', which is a key oil transshipment point, was damaged during the attack.
During the night attacks in Luhansk region, drones were actively used, which tried to hit infrastructure facilities, including oil refineries and petrochemical plants. This has led to fires and negative consequences, causing concern among the local population.
