According to Novyny.live: An attack by enemy drones on Ukraine's Sumy region has left 32 people wounded, among them three children. Police are investigating these incidents as war crimes. Preliminary reports indicate that on June 27, Russian drones launched a massive assault on the Okhtyrka district of Sumy Oblast.

Affected Communities

Which towns and villages suffered damage? In the Trostianets community, several women aged 33, 57, 64, and 76, as well as men aged 68 and 71, were injured. In the Okhtyrka community, a 39-year-old woman and a 64-year-old man sustained wounds. In the Sumy city community, 22 people were hurt, including three children—specifically, a 1.5-month-old infant and a 13-year-old girl. Other injured men ranged in age from 42 to 88, while women victims were between 30 and 82 years old.

Authorities have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which covers war crimes. The investigation is ongoing, as law enforcement works to gather all necessary evidence.
