According to UATV: On March 16, Russian forces launched more than 30 drones of various types—most of them strike-capable—against the city of Kyiv and its surrounding region. Serhiy 'Flash' Beskrestnov, an adviser to Ukraine’s Minister of Defense, commented on the incident. He suggested that debris or fragments may have been deliberately dropped from Shahed drones as part of an enemy information operation.
