Ukraine’s ‘MoLoChKa’ Campaign Cripples Russian Logistics and Hits 172 Vessels.

Operation 'MoLoChKa'

According to UATV: Ukraine’s defense forces are pressing ahead with a military campaign dubbed 'MoLoChKa,' which began on July 6, 2026. The operation targets Russia’s supply chains, specifically those used to transport oil, petroleum products, and other goods in violation of international sanctions. According to reports, Russian troops are losing roughly 1.5 square kilometers of territory each day.

As part of 'MoLoChKa,' Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces have dealt severe blows to Russia’s fleet. On the night of July 18, 13 vessels from Russia’s shadow fleet were destroyed. Since July 6, Ukrainian drones have struck a total of 172 ships—118 in the Sea of Azov and 54 in the Black Sea. These strikes aim to disrupt the enemy’s maritime logistics operations.

Additionally, on July 16, Ukrainian defense forces targeted key military infrastructure. They destroyed a road bridge in Prymorsk, Zaporizhzhia region, and the 'Syvash' railway bridge near Chonhar. On July 18, strikes hit targets in the Moscow and Tambov regions, located more than 500 kilometers and roughly 700 kilometers from the front line, respectively. Ukraine’s Security Service also destroyed a Tu-95 military aircraft at the Engels airbase, which sits about 800 kilometers from Ukraine’s state border.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that these drones 'were used by the aggressor to supply sanctioned components for the production of drones and navigation equipment.'

Operation 'MoLoChKa'—an acronym that stands for 'Moscow Will Lie Through Crimea'—continues to be executed with the goal of effectively destroying the enemy’s military infrastructure and disrupting its supply chains.

By destroying key infrastructure and naval assets, Ukraine is complicating Russia’s ability to resupply its forces—a move that could have strategic implications for the conflict’s trajectory.
