According to Espreso.tv: In the early hours of July 19, 2026, Russian forces launched a large-scale assault on Kyiv using a combination of ballistic and cruise missiles. The attack resulted in one fatality and left 16 others injured. Impacts were recorded across five areas of the city, including the Solomianskyi, Dniprovskyi, Desnianskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi districts.

A nine-story residential building and an office complex in the Solomianskyi district sustained damage. Additionally, the UKRTAC military ammunition factory was completely destroyed by the strike. The Lukianivska metro station was temporarily shut down due to the attack's aftermath. Over the past 35 days, Kyiv has endured four such large-scale bombardments.
