Drone Attacks Hit Konotop and Zaporizhzhia

According to Espreso.tv: Russian drone strikes targeted the cities of Konotop and Zaporizhzhia today, leaving civilians—including children—injured. In central Konotop, an attack sparked a fire at a local cinema, where at least six people are believed to have been hurt.

Meanwhile, in Zaporizhzhia, a drone struck a beach, wounding four individuals, three of whom were children. The assault also damaged nearby vehicles and a food establishment.

Zaporizhzhia Mayor Ivan Fedorov confirmed that 'everyone is receiving medical care.'

Authorities say the situation is under control, but the attacks have deeply alarmed the local population.

These incidents underscore a troubling escalation in violence against civilians in Ukraine, adding further strain to regions already devastated by the ongoing conflict. Local officials continue to work on ensuring public safety and providing necessary medical aid to the wounded, though uncertainty lingers over the potential for more strikes and their impact on residents.
