Aviation expert debunked the myth of the super capabilities of the Russian drone S-70.
The Russian drone S-70 "Hunter" has a design and technologies that raise doubts about their effectiveness and compliance with declared characteristics. This was reported by aviation expert Konstantin Kryvolap. According to him, claims about the stealth technologies of the drone are unfounded since it has simple rivets and duralumin, which are easily detected by radars at a distance of 500 kilometers. In addition, unmanned systems weighing more than 20 tons can only be used in desert areas where there are no air defense systems.
The expert also pointed out the lack of information on the presence of electronic warfare systems on board the drone and noted that the design of this Russian aircraft is not new, as it is based on the Su-27 platform, which is used in other aircraft models. Thus, Kryvolap believes that the "Hunter" is merely an "analogue-free" weapon of Russia.
