Man wrote about TCC patrols on Telegram - what the court decided.
In Chernihiv, they examined the case of a man who disseminated information about TCC patrols via Telegram. The court appointed him a certain punishment.
The defendant created an anonymous channel on Telegram, where he posted data about the movements of representatives of the TCC and the State Emergency Service regarding mobilization measures. Admitting his guilt, the man asked for assistance in his difficult situation, but the prosecutor's office demanded to punish him conditionally for five years with a probation period of three years.
Case details
The man was held in pre-trial detention for two months, but the court decided to keep him in custody for another two months without the possibility of bail. The defense plans to file an appeal.
