The 'Diya' application again offers vehicle re-registration service

Vehicle owners will be able to change ownership online and receive an electronic technical passport without visiting the service center directly in the 'Diya' application.

Now, to re-register a vehicle, it is enough to submit a corresponding request in 'Diya' and provide the necessary information. The request is automatically sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs service center, and the electronic technical passport appears in the application.

This system reduces the risks of selling stolen or suspicious vehicles due to automatic verification of data about the car, buyer, and seller. After the re-registration is completed, the plastic technical passport and new license plates will be delivered by mail.

The 'Diya' application also offers the possibility of replacing license plates with new ones with series DI.
