Biden will persuade Congress and Trump to continue supporting Ukraine, - Sullivan.
The administration of US President Joe Biden has decided to strengthen its support for Ukraine by increasing the country's position internationally. This was stated by National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.
Sullivan stated: "Our approach has remained stable for the past two and a half years: we strive to strengthen Ukraine's position on the battlefield and in future negotiations".
The threat to Ukraine will remain regardless of what happens on the battlefield or at the negotiating table
According to him, Joe Biden will use the next 70 days of his presidency to engage Congress and the future administration in continuing support for Ukraine. Refusal of assistance will lead to increased instability in Europe.
Regarding specific legislative initiatives on funding, Sullivan did not provide any comments but confirmed the intention to use all resources allocated by Congress for military support of Ukraine.
In addition, the US also plans to provide Ukraine with interceptor missiles for Patriot and NASAMS air defense systems, which will be delivered by the end of the year.
