This information was disclosed by lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan on the 'Yuristi.UA' portal.A woman, the daughter of a former serviceman, turned to lawyers because her father died from wounds received at the front after discharge from service. She found out that she has the right to monetary assistance that is provided to relatives of fallen military personnel.Aivazyan explained that to receive the payment, it is necessary to prove that the death occurred as a result of injury received during service, within a year after discharge.
