One of PrivatBank's clients shared his negative experience of using the bank's services. In his case, the money was debited from the account due to a power outage at the ATM, but the money was not dispensed. When trying to solve the problem, the client faced the lack of prompt support.
"Instead of support - a voice assistant... it makes you want to do something bad to the person responsible for implementing this solution as client support. I wrote in the online chat - at first I thought that bots were answering there too, but it was a real person (hallelujah), said that my application was accepted for REVIEW and this process may take UP TO 14 DAYS. This is all you need to know about the promptness of problem solving in this bank. I sincerely do not understand people who work in this office, nor do I understand those who voluntarily use the services of this bank. I also sincerely hope, even dream, that one day I will wake up and read the news that PrivatBank is closing down and ceasing to exist, AMEN", - wrote the client of the bank.
PrivatBank responded to the client's complaint, stating that the request for a refund was accepted for processing, and the standard processing time is from 1 to 3 days, but may take up to 14 days.
