A key announcement came during the session: Belgium will supply seven F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, visiting Brussels for the event, held talks with Belgium’s prime minister and addressed the group directly.

Roughly ten nations voiced support for new PURL aid packages during the meeting. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte reported that Russia’s monthly losses in Ukraine are between 30,000 and 35,000 personnel. Germany also revealed a major aid package that includes missiles. Additionally, Ukraine and Germany signed a defense agreement focused on integrating defense technologies.

In his speech, President Zelensky stressed the role of diplomacy in resolving the conflict, stating:
