Secretary of State Marco Rubio had a productive phone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. 'Therefore, an additional personal meeting between the Secretary of State and the Russian foreign minister is not necessary, and there are no plans for a meeting between President Trump and President Putin in the near future,' the representative stated.
