'The law states that the military command together with the military administration issues an order about the locations of the checkpoints', emphasized lawyer Konstantin Sklyar.

'It is worth knowing that current legislation does not provide for the definition or term 'mobile checkpoint', noted the lawyer.
He referred to mobile checkpoints as 'pure creativity and initiative of the territorial recruitment centers and police'.
