Zelensky Calls for Peace Talks: Is Russia Open to Negotiation?.
Ukraine-Russia Peace Negotiations
According to Novyny.live: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has emphasized the urgent need for peace negotiations with the Russian Federation to end the war. In his remarks, he noted that anti-war sentiment is growing within Russia. According to Zelensky, Ukraine has prepared all necessary proposals for constructive dialogue, which could pave the way toward peace. This comes amid ongoing international efforts to de-escalate the conflict, which has now lasted over a year.
The topic was discussed on the program Ranok.LIVE on June 24, featuring a panel of experts and analysts. Among the guests were:

International Reactions
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that he sees no grounds for a personal meeting. Against this backdrop, U.S. President Donald Trump called for tougher action against Russia, declaring that
“we need to act much more harshly against Russia”– Donald Trump.
These statements highlight the complex international situation and the pressing need for diplomatic efforts to achieve regional stability.
The prospects for peace talks between Ukraine and Russia remain fraught and tense. Zelensky’s remarks signal Ukraine’s willingness to engage in dialogue, but the lack of a constructive response from Moscow suggests the conflict may continue. The U.S. position, as articulated by Donald Trump, underscores the critical role of international support in securing peace, making diplomatic initiatives even more vital amid current geopolitical challenges.
