Ukraine's combat experience will become NATO doctrine: what decisions have been made.
According to inkorr.com: The NATO-Ukraine Joint Center for Analysis, Preparation, and Education (JATEC) participated in the Operational Forces Development Framework Program (OFDeF) conference. Representatives of JATEC worked in working groups dedicated to training, air defense, logistics, and other important areas.
Quote and the importance of training
At the final briefing, JATEC commander Brigadier General Wojciech Ozga emphasized the importance of training based on experience gained. 'All the experience shared with us by the Armed Forces of Ukraine comes at a very high cost. Our duty at JATEC is to document these lessons and transfer them into NATO doctrine. OFDeF provides a powerful channel for incorporating this battlefield experience into multinational planning, complementing our broader mission of translating combat experience into a strategic advantage across the Alliance,' Brigadier General Wojciech Ozga emphasized.
Collaboration and knowledge exchange
The senior national representative of Ukraine at JATEC, Colonel Valeriy Vyshnivskyi, the director of program implementation, participated in the conference. JATEC and NSATU actively collaborate, with each organization having its unique role.
Representatives of the NATO-Ukraine Joint Center actively participated in the OFDeF conference, exchanging experiences and skills with colleagues from other countries. The presence of Ukrainian delegates at such events strengthens collaboration and knowledge exchange with partners from Europe and North America.
Ukraine's involvement in international initiatives such as OFDeF underscores the importance of collective security and defense in the face of modern challenges. It not only contributes to the enhancement of military training levels but also helps integrate Ukrainian practices into international standards, strengthening the defense capabilities of the country and its partners.
