Russia has announced its ambitious plans to build a nuclear power station on the Moon within the next ten years. The project aims to provide energy for Russia's lunar space program and a joint research station with China. The Russian space corporation, Roscosmos, announced that it plans to complete construction of the lunar power station by 2036.“This project will open new horizons for the exploration and utilization of lunar resources,” said Roscosmos representatives. With the development of such technologies, new opportunities are emerging for expanding human presence on the Moon and creating a stable infrastructure for further research.
