The Ukrainian film 'Train to December 31' by Oleg Borshchevsky amazed with a star guest - Boris Johnson! The comedy presentation took place in Kyiv.
The film tells the story of Ukrainians traveling by the 'Kyiv-Lviv' train before the New Year. The main roles are played by Stas Boklan, Yuriy Horbunov, Stanislav Boklan, Kateryna Kuznetsova, Liliya Rebrik, Andriy Isayenko, and others.
'Boris Johnson played a cameo role in the film,' says the director. - After traveling by train, the passengers meet a famous politician at the Lviv railway station.'
This film was funded by private sponsors, without state funds.
Shooting of the film was completed in September 2024. The film shows the stories of Ukrainians and their journey home, with different dreams and values. There are also plans to shoot several films on similar themes.
