Ukraine Eases Employee Reservation Renewals on Diia: No Need to Cancel Status First.
Streamlined Process for Extending Employee Reservations
According to Novyny.live: Ukraine has simplified how businesses renew employee reservations through the Diia online portal. Under the updated rules, employers can now extend a reservation without having to first revoke the existing status. This change aims to reduce administrative burden for legal entities and their branches.
The revised procedure takes up to 24 hours, offering users speed and convenience. To renew a reservation, employers simply log in to the Diia portal. This service upgrade is part of the broader Diia support project, which focuses on improving digital services across Ukraine.
New Capabilities Go Live
The reservation service was implemented jointly by the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and the Ministry of Defense. These updates are designed to simplify workforce management for employers, giving them greater flexibility in handling human resources amid current challenges.
Streamlining employee reservations through Diia marks a significant step in Ukraine's push to digitize government services. It enables businesses to respond more quickly to labor market demands and adopt more agile staffing policies.
These changes could have a major impact on business operations during martial law, where fast permit processing and efficient resource management are critical to enterprise stability.
