Booking at Work – Which Data the Company Needs.
A strategically important company must provide the required data for booking its employees against mobilization. This data includes the full name of the company, the EDRPOU number, and the name of the director. This was reported by lawyer Jurij Aivazjan on the portal 'Juristen.UA'.
Important Data for Booking Against Mobilization
In connection with the general mobilization in Ukraine, strategically important companies have the opportunity to protect their employees from being called up. To do this, not only must the data of the employees be provided on the portal 'Dija', but also information about the company itself, especially the full name of the legal entity or its separate structural part.
Additional Data Required for Booking
In addition, other data must also be provided that helps verify the company’s registration in the list of strategically important companies. This includes the encoded EDRPOU number, the location of the company, and the name of the director. We remind you that we previously wrote about the possibility of booking citizens without updated military contact data and the behavior of conscripts in the event of the cancellation of the booking.
Ukrainian companies that are strategically important for the country can book their employees against mobilization, but they must provide the relevant data on the portal 'Dija'. This includes the full name of the legal entity, the EDRPOU number, and the name of the director. It is also important to provide other data that allows verification of the company's status and whether it has been included in the list of strategically important companies. The presence of this data allows confirming the right to book employees in case of mobilization.
